As stated earlier, the school has an open-admission policy and has no preference or reservation for any community, caste, creed, class, religion or region. It is done solely on the basis of merit. Admission of new students for class I (boys & girls) is made every year on the basis of oral and written tests in the beginning of the academic session. Application form along with prospectus may be obtained from the school office personally by paying a non – refundable amount of RS. 500.

Rules for Admission and Withdrawals

  • Pupil who has not attended any school whatsoever or one who has come from private school must produce an official birth certificate (such as local Municipal Corporation) from the competent authority.
  • Pupil who has attended a recognized school cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from the school last attended. The certificate must be counter singed by the Inspector of school\DEO from where the student comes except in the case of a school affiliated to CBSE.
  • No child less than 6 years and more than 6 years of age as on April is admitted to the 1st standard and corresponding scale of age is fixed for the sun sequent standards.
  • In case of late admission of students, fee from beginning of the first term shall be charged unless the fees for the period before admission had been paid to some other recognized school and proof thereof produced. However fees for the month in which admission is granted and subsequent months will be charged irrespective whether fees for these months have been paid in the previous school or not.
  • A calendar month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student, i.e. on or before 1st March, Otherwise the fees of Rs.500/- per day will be charged till the date of withdrawal from 1st April. Such notice should be given in writing by the parent/guardian himself.
  • Fees will not be charged in case of notice of withdrawal of admission is given on 31st March or before.
  • No leaving certificate will be issued until all sums due to the school have been paid in full. The form of application for the leaving certificate is inserted in the School Diary.
  • No duplication certificate will be issued however in exceptional cases the principal may use her/his discretion.
